Watercress Juice |

Ingredients
Method
- Wash the watercress thoroughly and shake dry.
- Push the watercress through the juicer using the safety plunger.
Watercress Juice can be diluted 1 part juice to 1-4 parts water. Because of its potency, it is best to drink small quantities or to add to other juices, such as carrot or celery. |

Watercress and Vegetable Cocktail |

Ingredients
- 50 gm watercress
- 200 gm carrots
- 100 gm celery
- 50 gm spinach
- 1 spring onion
Method
- Wash the watercress thoroughly and shake dry.
- Wash and cut carrots to fit juicer.
- Wash celery. Do not remove the foliage.
- Wash the spinach thoroughly and shake dry.
- Wash the spring onion.
- Push the vegetables through the juicer using safety plunger.

Capsicum, Cucumber, Garlic and Basil Juice |

Ingredients
- 100 gm red capsicum
- 100 gm green capsicum
- 100 gm cucumber
- 2 cloves garlic
- Small handful of fresh basil
Method
- Wash capsicum, remove the seeds and cut to fit the juicer.
- Peel the cucumber and cut to fit the juicer.
- Peel the garlic.
- Push the vegetables and basil through the juicer using the safety plunger.

Lemon, Apple & Mint Juice |

Ingredients
- 150 gm lemons
- 300 gm apple pith
- A few sprigs of mint
Method
- Wash the lemons and peel them, leaving half the white, if the skins are thick or have been waxed.
- Cut the lemons to fit the juicer.
- Wash the apples, remove the cores and cut the fruit to fit the juicer.
- Push the fruit and mint through the juicer using safety plunger.
